At MYOS, we are committed to helping dogs live stronger, healthier lives. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

All MYOS Canine products are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. 

 

100% Satisfaction Guarantee 

If you’re not satisfied with your MYOS purchase, please contact our customer support team and we’ll work to make it right. 

Depending on the situation, we may: 

  • Provide a refund without requiring the product to be returned
  • Ask that the product be donated to a local shelter or rescue
  • Accept a return of an unopened product 

To ensure fairness for all customers, the MYOS Satisfaction Guarantee may be limited to one refund per household. 

 

Returns for Unopened Products 

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery through our self-serve return portal. 

  • Return requirements:
  • Product must be unopened and unused
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days 

For eligible returns, MYOS will provide a prepaid return shipping label. 

Once the returned product is received, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. 

Gift Cards & Store Credit 

Gift cards and store credit are final sale and are non-refundable. 

Gift cards and issued store credits cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or exchanged for monetary value unless required by law. 

 

Self-Serve Returns 

Customers may initiate returns through our online return portal within 30 days of delivery. 

If your order was delivered more than 30 days ago, please contact MYOS Customer Support, and our team will review your request and assist with a resolution. 

 

Refund Processing 

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the request is approved, or the returned product is received. 

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can quickly resolve the issue. 

We may request photos of the product or packaging to assist with the claim.
